cauliflower and anchovy purée

  1. Break the cauliflower into florets
  2. Steam cauliflower for 10 minutes
  3. Put cauliflower in a bowl
  4. Open a tin of anchovies
  5. Eat one anchovy
  6. Place rest of tin including oil over the cauliflower
  7. Blend with a stick blender
  8. Add a glug of oil and vinegar
  9. blend some more
  10. Add a bit of water to make the puree less thick.
  11. Stir
  12. Serve

This made a very tasty purée to go with the rest of a quite bland dinner.
